Reducing alcohol consumption and avoiding energy drinks while traveling is also strongly recommended.

Staying physically active during and after travel, even with short walks, helps the body adjust and reduce stress. Maintaining awareness of the cumulative trigger load and proactively managing each factor gives traveling migraine sufferers the best chance of completing their journeys without an attack.
